Oct 13: Youth Leader Training - Change Ahead
/Mark Dunwoody and the MTL Youth Team are pleased to present a return of the Change Ahead Youth Ministry Leadership Course, this time on the West Island! The program provides foundational professional skills in group dynamics, conflict resolution, creating a safe space for youth and youth ministry, and the development of spirituality as a component of psychological development in youth.
The course is appropriate for both lay people and clergy—while there are no pre-requisites to take the course, the skills and topics covered bring a specific focus in youth work to complement the pastoral training and leadership experience students may already bring.
